Privacy
Your email, and nothing else.
This page covers the Season 0 list on emberwild.app. It's short because we keep very little.
What we keep when you join
- Your email address.
- When you joined.
- How you found us: the campaign tags in the link you followed (like utm_source) and the name of the site that sent you, never the full address of that page.
- Which version of the note next to the form you saw (see the bottom of this page).
What we don't keep
- Your IP address. To stop bots, the form passes it to Cloudflare Turnstile for one check, and a one-way scrambled form of it counts tries for one minute. Neither is saved with your email.
- No tracking cookies, no analytics, no ads on this site.
Why
To email you when Season 0 opens, and a few times before with news about Emberwild. You agree to that by joining, and you can change your mind any time: every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to us. We don't sell or share the list.
Who handles it for us
- Cloudflare hosts the site and runs the bot check.
- Supabase stores the list.
- Google Fonts serves the site's fonts, so Google sees a normal web request from your browser.
- The live dragons on the home page come from our own game server.
- Before the first email we'll name the email service we use here.
How long
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or until Emberwild closes. Unsubscribing removes you from the list.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or withdraw consent. Email privacy@emberwild.app from the address you joined with. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. The list is for people aged 16 or over.
The note next to the form
“We'll email you when Season 0 opens, and a few times before. Unsubscribe any time.”
